6. Payment Terms

Our Service offers the following payment options:

• One-Time Purchase ($9): Download a single document as PDF
• Pro Subscription ($19/month): Unlimited document creation and downloads

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are in USD and may be subject to change. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once a document has been downloaded. If you experience technical issues preventing you from accessing your purchased document, please contact us within 7 days of purchase for assistance or a refund.

8. Intellectual Property

The BankReadyDocs name, logo, website design, and document templates are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the financial data you input and the resulting documents generated for your use.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BANKREADYDOCS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
